1. Registration Process

     1.1 Click on the "Login" button and select "Register."

     1.2 Fill in your user details. (Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required and cannot be left blank.)

     1.3 Tick the checkbox for "I accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" and the checkbox for receiving promotions and marketing news.

     1.4 Click the "REGISTER" button to complete your sign-up for Fortuneparts.

2. Browsing Products

     2.1 Use the Search Bar to find items by entering the OEM Number, FPI Code, Car Model, Brand, Accessories, or Spare Parts.

     2.2 Alternatively, explore the Categories page and use the Filters to narrow down your search.

Note: If you already have a list of OEM codes or specific items to purchase, go to the "Cart" page, Download the Template, fill in the product details, and Import it directly into your cart.

3. Adding Products to Cart

     3.1 Select your desired product, specify the quantity, and click the "ADD TO CART" button.

4. Checkout & Sending Inquiry

    4.1 In the Cart page, you can mark specific items as "Urgent" or remove items from your selection.

    4.2 Select a PORT. If no port is listed, please Add a Port before proceeding to send your inquiry.

    4.3 Once all details are correct, click "SENT INQUIRY" and then click "Confirm."

Note: You can request additional items by clicking "Add Product" under "Other products to request" or "Product Reserve." You may also provide specific instructions in the "Add note/remark" field.
